I love popular science but wish we could see a little more of science that is happening in the here and now rather than things from the future. And less emphasis on the military.

I subscribed because Amazon was selling it dirt cheap (The postage has got to cost more than that price!), and was really surprised how much interesting stuff is in there. My son and I both really enjoy reading this little magazine. To those that consider this too shallow, you should know better. It's a entertaining little magazine geared for the mainstream reader and not for the M.I.T. crowd.

No idea why anyone wouldnt like this, at any age or scientific understanding short of being a scientist. Great magazine, shows what is happening in all forms of technology, months or even years before you hear a news article about such things. A+, 2 year subscriber to this point and I'm going to renew again and again!

Ordered Popular Science on June 27. I received this request to review the transaction today, but the magazine has not been delivered. I'd actually forgotten about it . . . now I'll have to see what's going on.
