So for $11 this is a great bag, does not have as much padding on the front as I would like but you do have another removable padded pocket in the bag which you can just put on the front. it looks good and has plenty of storage space for discs, my mouse, power cord, and adapters, aswell as my laptop. id say this bag is well worth atleast $30 - $40.

This is nice because it does the job. The quality is not great, and I am afraid the zipper of the actual case may break because I have a larger laptop. The inner styling is what you would expect from Walmart (not stunning). However, it was inexpensive and a good color. It is great for transporting your laptop across campus and holding a book and papers. It has a space for ID and other utensils. I am enjoying it, but I don't know how long it will last.

I've bought this bag to carry some tools and documents during "on site" reoairs. the bag is pretty big with lots of pockets and actually has anopher padded bag inside for a laptop.
the price is great too.
